When you send an inquiry (for example, the custom grillz request form), call, text, or message us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number or email address, the design you are interested in, and any notes or photos you send.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when your browser loads a page, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, and the date and time. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run analytics that build a profile of you.

When you buy, place a layaway, apply for financing, or sell or trade gold or other items in our showroom, we may collect your name, contact details, payment information, and, where the law requires, a government-issued photo ID and transaction details. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. This information is used for the transaction, warranty and service follow-up, and our legal obligations.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and complete any resulting order. Transaction, layaway, and trade-in records are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and precious-metal record-keeping laws require. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Security

This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details through website forms, email, or social media messages.
