These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases and services from Oxford Perfumes & Jewelry ("Oxford," "we," "us"), 321 SC-72 Business, Greenwood, South Carolina 29649. By using this website or doing business with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using this website

This website is provided to showcase our showroom, products, and services. You may browse it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, submit false or abusive inquiries, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Online checkout is not yet available. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell that you can accept online. All sales are completed in our showroom or as otherwise agreed with us directly. When online shopping launches, additional terms for online orders, shipping, and payment will be posted here.

2. Product information, photos, and pricing

• Photos are for illustration. Color, size, sparkle, and finish can look different on screen than in person, and photographed pieces may have sold or vary from the piece available.
• Descriptions such as "gold," "iced," "diamond-cut," or "24K-look" describe appearance and style. Metal type, karat, plating, and stone type (natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, cubic zirconia, moissanite, or other simulant) are confirmed by Oxford in store and on your receipt before purchase. Only the written description on your receipt or certificate is a representation of what you are buying.
• Prices, availability, and promotions are confirmed in store and may change without notice. We may correct errors in descriptions or pricing at any time.
• Brand names of fragrances and watches belong to their owners. Mention of a brand does not mean Oxford is an authorized dealer of that brand unless we state so.

3. Purchases

A sale is final when payment is accepted and a receipt is issued. Please inspect your item before leaving the showroom. We may refuse or cancel any sale, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or limited stock. Sales tax is charged as required by South Carolina law.

4. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Our return and exchange policy is posted in the showroom and printed on or provided with your receipt, and it is part of these terms. Unless your receipt says otherwise:

• Returns or exchanges require the original receipt and the item in its original, unworn, unaltered condition.
• Custom pieces, special orders, engraved or resized items, grillz, and opened or tested fragrances are final sale.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, as stated on your receipt.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Layaway

• Layaway requires a down payment (currently 10% of the purchase price) and the remaining balance paid within the agreed term of 30, 60, or 90 days.
• Items stay in our possession until paid in full and are released to the buyer named on the layaway.
• Extensions are at Oxford's discretion and must be agreed in writing.
• Your signed layaway agreement sets out the exact schedule, fees (if any), and what happens if a plan is cancelled or payments are missed, including how payments made are refunded or credited. If the agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement controls.

6. Financing

Financing is offered through third-party providers. Approval, rates, and terms are set by the provider, not by Oxford, and approval is not guaranteed. Your financing agreement is between you and the provider.

7. Custom jewelry and special orders

• Before ordering, we confirm the design, metal, stones, size, estimated completion time, price, and deposit with you in writing. Mock-ups, sketches, and digital previews are approximations.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is not refundable, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Handmade pieces can vary slightly in weight, dimensions, and stone placement from the approved design.
• Completion times are estimates. Pieces not picked up within 90 days of notice that they are ready may be handled as abandoned property as allowed by law.
• By providing photos, logos, names, or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and that reproducing them does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline any design. We will not post photos of your piece or of you without your permission.

8. Custom grillz

• Grillz are fashion jewelry, not dental or medical devices. Oxford does not provide dental services or dental advice.
• Fitting may involve taking an impression or mold of your teeth. Please consult a licensed dentist before wearing grillz if you have dental work, gum or tooth problems, or any concerns.
• Remove grillz before eating and sleeping, clean them and your teeth regularly, and stop wearing them and see a dentist if you have pain, irritation, or an allergic reaction. Wearing grillz is at your own risk.
• Because grillz are made to fit one person, they are final sale. Fit adjustments, if available, are quoted at the time of order.

9. Repairs and services

Repair and service work is quoted per job and requires your approval before we begin. Older, worn, or previously repaired jewelry can be fragile, and stones may be damaged or lost during cleaning, sizing, or setting despite reasonable care. Oxford's responsibility for an item left with us is limited to the value written on your repair ticket. Items not collected within 90 days after we notify you that they are ready may be handled as abandoned property as allowed by law.

10. Gold trade-ins

Trade-in values are determined in store for each piece based on testing, weight, and market price at the time, and offers are valid only on that day. You must be at least 18, be the lawful owner of the item, and present a valid government-issued photo ID. We keep records of trade-ins and purchases of precious metals as required by South Carolina law and may share them with law enforcement when the law requires. Trade-in credit may be issued as store credit and has no cash value unless stated otherwise.

11. Fragrances

Fragrances can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions. Test on a small area before use and read the ingredient list on the packaging. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

12. Sales and promotions

Sales and promotions, including seasonal events such as our Halloween sale, are valid in store only, for a limited time, and while supplies last unless stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, applied to previous purchases, or redeemed for cash unless we say so. Specific promotion details are confirmed in store, and we may end or change a promotion at any time.

13. Content and trademarks

The Oxford name, logo, website design, text, and photographs are owned by or licensed to Oxford Perfumes & Jewelry and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxford will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that item or service. Any product warranty we provide is stated on your receipt or warranty card. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a problem comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greenwood County, South Carolina, or in small claims court where eligible.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date and applies from that date. Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
